Staff Scanner App: Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose & Scope

This AUP governs your access to the NEO ONE Scanner. By using this tool, you agree to act with integrity and follow these security rules. This app is a tool provided to you by [Vendor Name] to facilitate your tasks as an employee or independent contractor.

2. Fraud Prevention (Zero Tolerance)

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Self-Scanning: Scanning your own customer QR code or device to gain points.
• Ghost Scanning: Creating "fake" visits for customers who are not physically present.
• Point Harvesting: Scanning a single customer multiple times for a single visit.
• Bulk Crediting: Manually adding points to accounts without a verified transaction.

3. Security & Account Integrity

• No Sharing: You must not share your login credentials with other staff members or third parties.
• Device Security: You are responsible for ensuring your device is locked when not in use to prevent unauthorized scans.
• No Tampering: Any attempt to reverse-engineer, "spoof" GPS locations, or bypass the app's security will result in an immediate permanent ban.

4. Monitoring & Auditing

To prevent fraud and maintain the integrity of the loyalty program, NEO APP INTERNATIONAL, LTD logs the following for every scan:

• Timestamp of the scan.
• Unique Staff ID associated with the scan.
• Device ID used.

Note: Unusual patterns (e.g., 50 scans in 1 minute) are automatically flagged for review by the Business Owner.

5. Consequences of Breach

Violation of this policy will result in:

• Immediate suspension of your app access.
• Deletion of all fraudulent points/rewards generated.
• Reporting of the activity to the Business Owner.
