We are a Cyprus-based SaaS company and the developer of NEO ONE, a GDPR-compliant loyalty platform for businesses.

B. Contact / Demo Requests

C. Job Applicants

If you apply for a role (via email or form), we collect:

• Name, email, phone, CV/resume
• Cover letter, portfolio, references (if provided)
• LinkedIn/profile links (if shared)

Purpose:

• Evaluate your application
• Contact you about the role
• Comply with employment law

Retention:

• Unsuccessful applicants: 6 months (unless you consent to longer storage for future roles)
• Successful applicants: Transferred to personnel file; retained per Cyprus labor law

Legal Basis: Your consent (for application) + legal obligation (right-to-work checks if hired)

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice:
